On eyes, as a base I have the Creepy Cute pastel palette from Shroud Cosmetics

For the high shine shadows I used Pat McGraths Labs Mother Ship III Subversive Palette.

Inner corner blaze is from the amazing glimmers and shimmers by Clionadh Cosmetics in Ciel and Enamel.

To get that 80s lip, apply a bright warm red lipstick as a base and set with a translucent powder. Then contour with a cool toned red shade like Diva by MAC or use a lip pencil. Set each layer with powder! Finish with a clear or cherry red gloss that you pat on, so as not to disturb the layering.
